SellHealth UK® Return Policy
We offer a 60-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee, limited to one claim per customer.
How to return
- Contact shopsellhealth@mail.com within 60 days of delivery.
- Receive a Returns Number from us.
- Post the bottle back within 7 days of us issuing your Returns Number, even if it is empty.
- Receive your refund to your original payment method.
Time limits
The 60 days is the time you have to contact us. Once we issue your Returns Number, you have 7 days to post the return.
Who pays postage
You pay return postage under the guarantee.
Refunds
Under the guarantee, we refund the full product price, excluding postage, to your original payment method. We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.
Bundles and multi-buys
For discounted bundles and multipacks, return the whole bundle or multipack. One pouch may be opened or empty; all remaining items must be sealed and unopened. Contact us within 60 days of delivery, then post everything back within 7 days of receiving your Returns Number. Refunds exclude shipping.
Prepaid plans
A prepaid plan is a payment for one or more bottles, delivered as shown on the product page and at checkout. Plans renew automatically at the interval and price shown, until you cancel.
You can cancel future renewals at any time in your Seal subscription account, at least 2 days before your renewal date. Cancelling doesn’t affect orders already dispatched.
The 60-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee is limited to one claim per customer. If you claim within 60 days of delivery of an order, we’ll refund the price of any unopened bottles from that order. Contact us for a Returns Number and follow the return steps above. A claim also cancels your plan, and the guarantee does not apply to later orders or renewals.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including the original postage. Please include your order number and a photo where possible.
Your right to cancel (UK)
If you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed supplements cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. This right works alongside our 60-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee and does not replace it. To cancel, email shopsellhealth@mail.com with your order number.
