We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to feel the same. That is why we offer a 60-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee. Here is our promise to you:

• 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Give our products a try for up to 60 days from the date of delivery. We understand that experiences vary from person to person.
• Easy Returns: If you are not satisfied with our products, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery to obtain a Returns Number. You then have 7 days from receiving your Returns Number to return the bottle to us, even if it is empty.
• Return Authorisation: Before returning the products, please contact us to obtain a Returns Number. This ensures your return is processed smoothly and efficiently.
• Return Postage: The cost of returning the product to us is paid by the customer.
• Refunds: We will issue a full refund of the product price, excluding postage charges. Please note, refunds are limited to one order per customer.
• Bulk Purchase Returns: If you have bought multiple products to obtain discounts, you can return these sealed and unopened for a refund, excluding shipping costs.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
